Hertfordshire Health Walks!

Hitchin & Whitwell PCN are excited to have teamed up with Hertfordshire Health walks! A representative from the PCN will be attending a walk on Tuesday 21st May at 11:00. The walk starts at Millstream PH Cambridge Road, Hitchin, SG4 0JH. Join us for a cuppa after in the pub – everyone is welcome.

There are a wide range of walks to suit all abilities.
